1. Purpose

xbridge24 is a web platform for buying and selling USDT P2P. The platform connects users (VIP and Non VIP) and provides tracking, confirmation and dispute tools to secure exchanges.

2. Accounts, Access and Eligibility

  • You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity on your account.
  • Some features may be conditional on status (VIP/Non VIP) and/or KYC verification, according to platform rules.

3. Transaction Processing

P2P transactions follow a confirmation process designed to reduce fraud risks:

  • Buy (Non VIP → VIP): CCP payment, confirmation by VIP, then USDT release.
  • Sell (Non VIP → VIP): USDT transfer, CCP transfer, then receipt validation.

Confirmation times may vary. In case of dispute, a challenge mechanism can be triggered and administration may intervene.

4. VIP Security Deposit

VIP accounts may be subject to a security deposit and/or minimum activity/balance thresholds to appear in certain lists. The memo (memo_tag) is a technical identifier used to associate blockchain deposits with the correct VIP account.

5. Fees and Commission

The platform may apply a commission on certain operations (for example on transactions). The details displayed in the interface are authoritative at the time of validation.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Any attempt at fraud, identity theft or circumvention of confirmation rules.
  • Use of falsified documents or inaccurate information.
  • Any illegal activity or activity contrary to applicable regulations.

7. Suspension and Termination

xbridge24 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the platform in case of suspected fraud, violation of these terms or security risks.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform provides an intermediation service and tracking tools. Price variations, payment delays or user input errors may affect a transaction. To the extent permitted by law, xbridge24 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from non-compliant use or a user's failure to fulfill their obligations.
